Abolitionist Book Club
Abolitionist Book Club (ABC) is for community members invested in accountability, harm reduction, and transformative justice. As aspiring abolitionists, we aim to uproot the prison industrial complex, policing, and surveillance and instead plant models for community care.Twice a month, ABC gathers to read books, editorials, and articles about abolition; discuss alternatives to punishment and imprisonment; and strategize for collective liberation.Outside of our bimonthly book club meetings, we put in the work.
